How do I become a member?
Simply register an account on our website to automatically become a Regular Member. As you accumulate spending, the system will automatically upgrade your membership tier.
How is the membership tier calculated?
Membership tiers are automatically calculated based on your cumulative spending amount. The system will update your membership tier immediately after each order is completed.
Will my membership tier be downgraded?
No! Your membership tier is based on cumulative spending. Once you reach a tier, you will permanently retain that tier or higher.
How to use the membership discount?
After logging into your account, the membership discount will be automatically applied at checkout—no promo code required. The discount will be displayed in your shopping cart and checkout page.
Can I stack the membership discount with other offers?
The membership discount can be stacked with most promotional activities, but some special events may have restrictions. Please refer to the checkout page for details.
How do I check my membership tier?
After logging in, you can view your current membership tier, cumulative spending amount, and the remaining spending required to upgrade to the next tier on the "My Account" page.
When do the membership benefits take effect?
Immediately after upgrading! You can enjoy all benefits of the new tier on your next order.
Will returns affect my membership tier?
If a return causes your cumulative spending to fall below the current tier requirement, your membership tier will be adjusted accordingly. However, we will retain your historical spending records.
How do I update my membership information?
You can update your personal information, shipping address, and contact details in the "My Account" page at any time.
What if I forget my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your registered email address, and we will send you a password reset link.
