Key Technological Breakthroughs
The independently developed high-speed motor is applied to the water purifier's booster pump. By optimizing the structure and intelligent control algorithm, the service life of the booster pump is increased by 40%, and the operating noise is reduced to below 46 decibels, balancing durability and quietness. The core component—space-grade polyamide RO reverse osmosis membrane—adopts independently developed winding technology and surface modification technology, with a filtration accuracy of 0.1 nanometers and a stable heavy metal rejection rate of over 98.6%. Combined with intelligent flushing technology, the service life of the membrane can be extended by 2 to 3 years, ensuring a balance between drinking water safety and usage costs.

Production Layout
Established modern production bases in China, Vietnam, Thailand, etc., equipped with food-grade clean workshops and industry-leading intelligent production lines. The workshops strictly follow GMP standards with a cleanliness level of Class 1,000,000. Through positive pressure ventilation and ultraviolet sterilization technology, dust and microbial pollution in the production environment are eliminated.
Materials & Processes
All water-contacting components are made of food-grade materials, passing EU RoHS certification and GB4806.14-2023 national standard testing to eliminate secondary water pollution from the source. Introduced fully automated production lines integrated with advanced technologies such as AI visual inspection and robotic flexible assembly. Core booster pumps are independently developed and manufactured by Bewinch's R&D center; the RO membrane winding process achieves 100% finished product performance testing through the independently developed INLINE online testing system. As a result, the production efficiency of a single line is increased by 40%, the defect rate is reduced to below 0.1%, and the production cycle is shortened to 48 seconds per unit, reaching an internationally advanced level.
