All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Carrier
We partner with SF Express for international shipping, ensuring reliable and trackable delivery to your destination.
All orders are directly shipped from our warehouse via reliable international carriers. We will choose the carrier that we think works best for our customers based on your location and order details.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment on the SF Express website.

Note: Shipping restrictions may apply to certain products due to factors such as local laws, customs regulations, hazmat materials, large or oddly shaped items, or specific address types that some carriers cannot deliver to.
VAT & Import Duties โ UK & EU Orders
All prices displayed on our website for customers in the United Kingdom and European Union include VAT (Value Added Tax) at the applicable local rate.
Import duties and customs fees are prepaid by us under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. You will not be charged any additional import duties or customs fees upon delivery.

Multiple Items Delivery
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with full tracking information.
Change Delivery Address
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route, but you can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with accurate details.

If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing an order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.

If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. BEWINCH will not replace the order or issue a refund.

All customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any delays or additional costs caused by customs inspection.
