Production Layout
Established modern production bases in China, Vietnam, Thailand, etc., equipped with food-grade clean workshops and industry-leading intelligent production lines. The workshops strictly follow GMP standards with a cleanliness level of Class 1,000,000. Through positive pressure ventilation and ultraviolet sterilization technology, dust and microbial pollution in the production environment are eliminated.
Materials & Processes
All components that come into contact with water are made of food-grade materials, certified by EU RoHS and tested against the GB4806.14-2023 national standard, eliminating secondary water pollution at the source.
We have introduced fully automated production lines integrating AI visual inspection and robotic flexible assembly. The core booster pump is independently developed and manufactured by Bewinch's R&D center; the RO membrane winding process achieves 100% performance testing through our proprietary online testing system.
As a result, production efficiency per line has increased by 40%, defect rates reduced to below 0.1%, and unit production cycle shortened to 48 seconds, reaching internationally advanced levels.
