Bewinch Refund Policy

I. Return Period (Hassle-Free Return Guarantee)

This policy clarifies the official return time limit for all Bewinch products:

• M Series, G3, G5 Series, K5, H7: Enjoy 14-day hassle-free return service from the date of receipt

• G7 Series, N Series, S Series: Enjoy 30-day hassle-free return service from the date of receipt

All returns must be initiated within the above time limit to be eligible for the hassle-free return service.

Bewinch has a complete and efficient official after-sales warranty system. Different models are equipped with exclusive warranty plans, and the warranty period may vary slightly by region. For products purchased from offline authorized stores, please follow the after-sales rules of the corresponding channel.

The limited warranty provided by the official brand will not deprive consumers of their legitimate rights and interests granted by local laws.

II. Standard Warranty Policy

This official limited warranty is only available to the original purchaser of the product. Under the premise of standard and normal use, if the product has inherent quality problems such as material or craftsmanship defects, it is eligible for the corresponding warranty service.

After-Sales Rights and Interests by Product Series

M Series, G3, G5 Series, K5: 14-day hassle-free return + 1-year replacement-only service + 2-year remote technical support (including 1-year replacement service, no overlapping duration)

G7 Series: 30-day hassle-free return + 1-year replacement-only service + 3-year remote technical support (including 1-year replacement service, no overlapping duration)

N Series, S Series: 30-day hassle-free return + 2-year replacement-only service + 4-year remote technical support (including 2-year replacement service, no overlapping duration)

H7: 14-day hassle-free return + 5-year remote technical support

Replacement-Only Service: For non-human-induced quality problems within the warranty period, you can directly contact customer service to replace the product with a brand-new unit.

III. Hassle-Free Return Requirements

1. Hassle-free return applications must be submitted within the 14-day/30-day return period, starting from the date of receipt. Late applications for non-quality-related returns will not be accepted. Our store accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products, and also supports product exchange service.

2. The product applying for hassle-free return must be returned together with all original accessories and complete original packaging;

3. For orders with free gifts or promotional activities, the main product must be returned as a whole with the free gift; if only the main product is returned, the original price of the free gift will be deducted from the refund;

4. The returned product must retain the complete original factory packaging. If any of the above conditions are not met, the return application will be directly rejected.

IV. Shipping Fee Instructions

For returns due to personal reasons (non-quality issues), the return shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer.

V. Shipping and Refund Details

For non-quality-related returns: The buyer shall bear the round-trip return shipping fee and provide a valid logistics tracking number. Only the product price will be refunded, excluding shipping fees and various service fees.

VI. Supplementary Notes

For products purchased through external channels such as third-party platforms, crowdfunding channels, and authorized dealers, please follow the return rules of the corresponding platform.

It is recommended to contact customer service in advance before returning the product to confirm the return details and the optimal solution.

VII. Return Process

After the returned product is received in the warehouse and passes quality inspection, the refund process will be officially initiated.

After submitting the return application, the dedicated customer service will send the latest return address via email; please pack and ship the product as required.

VIII. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled independently within 1 hour after placement;

If the independent cancellation time limit is exceeded, you can contact customer service or directly submit a return application;

Orders that have been shipped, are in preparation, or are in transit cannot be canceled.

IX. Refund Timeframe

After the returned product passes the warehouse inspection, the payment will be refunded to the original payment account in the original way.

The regular refund processing time is 14 working days, and delays in account entry by banks or payment platforms are normal.

X. Warranty Application Process

When a product has a quality fault, you can submit a warranty application through the customer service phone or email, and the staff will respond in a timely manner during working hours.

To apply for warranty, you need to provide: valid proof of purchase, product serial number, and clear photos/videos of the fault.

For some fault scenarios, the product may need to be returned for official quality inspection.

Valid proof of purchase includes: official website order records, formal sales invoices, and valid shopping receipts from authorized stores.

XI. Warranty Exclusions (Not Covered by Warranty)

1. Natural aging, surface wear, and natural performance degradation caused by daily normal use;

2. Products without valid proof of purchase or beyond the warranty period;

3. Damage caused by improper human use;

4. Faults caused by external impact damage or use in abnormal environments;

5. Products from non-official regular channels, parallel imports, or diverted goods;

6. Event free gifts, promotional gifts, and consumable accessories;

7. Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, repair, modification by non-official personnel, or use of non-original accessories.
